探讨两种建筑隔振基础措施在地铁沿线物业开发中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Two Foundation Isolation Measures in Buildings Receiving Excessive Vibration from Adjacent Subway Lines

摘要:

为解决城市轨道交通列车运行引起的人居环境振动问题,介绍了建筑基底铺设减振垫及设置钢弹簧支座等两种不同柔性隔振措施的基本原理及其在国内外工程项目中的应用。以某邻近地铁线路大型混合地块项目开发为例,在振源难以控制的前提下,对应用上述措施的隔振效率、经济指标及对结构设计的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:两种基础隔振措施均能有效降低振动传递至建筑结构的水平,但在经济指标及对结构设计影响程度等方面有所差异。相关结论对于地铁振动环境下的物业开发项目具有实际参考意义。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the feasibility of two foundation isolation methods, one being the elastic foundation mat, and the other being the spring support system, applied to mitigate the vibration level of a structure receives from nearby subway tracks. Fundamental mechanisms of the methods are firstly introduced, and a discussion on their practical engineering applications is followed. By taking a large construction project as a case study, the two measures are specifically designed to a building in the project and their isolation effect and cost is comparatively discussed. According to quantitative evaluation, both methods are expected to be effective as when applied the vibration in the superstructure is significantly mitigated, although there is difference in cost and influence on structural design. The conclusions can be a reference for future applications of the methods.
