截止阀的有限元模态分析

摘要: 通过截止阀的三维建模型并进行模态分析,研究不同边界条件设置对模态分析结果的影响,并通过截止阀自由模态试验、工作模态试验对理论分析结果进行验证。结果显示阀杆和阀盘系统的固有频率较低,低噪声截止阀设计时不宜采用刚性壁假设;阀杆的边界条件设置将会极大的影响截止阀的计算结果。

Abstract: A finite element model of a globe valve is built, and the modal analysis of the globe valve is performed based on ANSYS. The calculation results are validated by the modal test. The results show that the valve stem isn’t as rigid as usually assumed. The calculation results are influenced greatly by the boundary conditions.
