摘要: 为了研究非线性橡胶隔振器的冲击响应特性,考虑到阻尼非线性特性的影响,建立一个8参数的非线性响应力参数模型,由此描述橡胶隔振器的冲击响应力与位移的迟滞回线特性。选择某型渐硬型橡胶隔振器为研究对象,采用跌落式冲击实验方案获得不同工况下的橡胶隔振器冲击响应,以及不同冲击速度、冲击脉宽下的冲击刚度变化规律。通过最优参数的拟合,结果表明实测响应与模型预测值已基本相近。

Abstract: To study on nonlinear shock response characteristics of rubber vibration isolators, taking into account the damping effect of nonlinear characteristics; a parameter model of 8 parameters was established , which was used to describe the shock response of rubber vibration isolator with displacement of hysteresis characteristics. Selecting a type of hard-rubber vibration isolators for the study, drop impact experiment was implemented with different conditions of shock response of rubber vibration isolators, as well as the impact of different speeds, shock stiffness under shock pulse width. Through optimal fitting of parameters, results showed that measured response is similar to the predictied value of the basic model.
