汽车平顺性评价方法综述

Review for the Current Evaluation Methods of Vehicle Ride Comfort

摘要: 针对国内外汽车平顺性评价方法存在较大争议的现状,系统分析各类评价方法的特点、差异和适用范围。首先介绍主观评价方法,其中比较典型的是模糊层次分析法;然后分别介绍吸收功率法、总体乘坐值法、VDI 2057(2002)和ISO 2631(1997)四种客观评价方法;最后引入新近提出的几种主、客观综合评价法,包括汽车综合振动舒适度[Cgv]法、模糊评价法和烦躁率分析法。各类方法都能对汽车平顺性作出评价,但标准各有差异。研究发现,多学科交叉的主、客观综合评价法能较好的实现汽车平顺性评价,是今后研究的重点方向。

Abstract: In view of the controversy of ride comfort evaluation methods of domestic and international, the characteristics, differences and scope for each evaluation methods were analyzed. The integration of level of analysis and fuzzy is the typical subjective evaluation method. Then four object methods were described which were absorbed power method, the overall ride value method, VDI2057 (2002) and ISO2631 (1997). Finally several new subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation methods, including automotive integrated vibration comfort, fuzzy evaluation method and irritability rate analysis were introduced. The study found that every method is work, but the standard varies. The comprehensive evaluation methods can be better integrated to achieve the vehicle ride comfort evaluation, which may be the focus of future research directions.
