洗衣机电机降噪的实验研究与ANSYS模态分析

摘要: 对洗衣机电机噪声的产生原因,进行系统的实验研究,确定机械噪声是最主要的根源。改善电机结构强度,可以实现降噪。采用有限元法,对洗衣机电机的整体结构进行有预应力的模态计算,找出电机结构上的薄弱环节,并通过实际的洗衣机噪声实验进行验证,降低电机在洗衣机中的噪声。有限元的模态计算结果为电机结构设计提供参考依据,从而实现设计方案的优化。

Abstract: The test research on the noise causes of the washer machine motor is discussed in the paper, and to determine the mechanical noise is the main reason. A modal analysis with pre-stress of the entire motor structure is established by ANSYS software, and the weakness positions of the motor structure are found by FEA simulated analysis. The practical sound tests of the washer machine are run to verify the simulated result, and reduce the motor noise in the washer machine. The modal calculate and analysis results provide the reference standard for structural design and realize the project optimization.
